Payment and Refund Terms

Credit Terms

No credit facilities shall be granted unless pursuant to a valid and effective agreement between both parties.

Invoice Details

The customer must clearly and explicitly specify the name of the individual or entity to whom the invoice or receipt should be issued. No changes or requests will be accepted once the invoice has been printed.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issuance of the tax invoice.

Refund Requirements

A valid and accurate tax invoice matching the customer's name and mobile number is required when submitting a written refund request.

Government Fees

Government fees paid to official authorities are non-refundable, unless such fees are returned by the relevant authority.

Refund of Returned Government Fees

In the event that government fees are refunded to the company's wallet by the competent authority, the same amount (excluding service charges) shall be refunded within five (5) business working days from the date of receipt, using the original method of payment, and subject to the applicable service level agreement (SLA) of the relevant bank.

Refund for Incomplete Transactions

Fees, including government charges, may be refunded if the transaction is not completed and no payment has been made to the relevant authorities. Refunds shall be processed within five (5) business working days using the original method of payment, subject to the bank's applicable SLA.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds shall not be permitted in the following cases:

  • Rejection of the application by government authorities.
  • Delays in obtaining official approvals.
  • Provision of incorrect or misleading information by the customer.
  • Changes in the policies or regulations of relevant authorities.
Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the company harmlessly from any liabilities or claims arising from the submission of inaccurate information or breach of any legal obligations.

Amendment of Terms

The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Jurisdiction

In the event that an amicable settlement cannot be reached, any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

Refund Method

All refunds shall be processed using the original method of payment used by the customer at the time of the transaction.
